Krispy Kreme celebrates Barbie's 65th anniversary by serving sparkling, pink doughnuts.

This year marks Barbie's 65th anniversary, and Krispy Kreme has teamed up with the company to launch a new line of doughnuts in honor of the milestone.

Four brand-new doughnuts with "unique designs and fabulous flavors inspired by Barbie" will go on sale at selected stores on Tuesday for a brief period of time.

The Barbie x Krispy Kreme Collection is packaged in a limited-edition unique packaging and includes the following features:
  • Barbie Pink Doughnut : An Original Glazed doughnut filled with pink buttercream, sprinkled with sparkly pink sugar and topped with Barbie sunglasses.
  • Malibu Dream Party Doughnut : An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Cake Batter Kreme, dipped in Malibu blue icing and sparkly graham sand, topped with a Barbie DreamHouse piece, and piped with a white cloud.
  • Barbie Berries 'n Kreme Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Strawberry Kreme, dipped in white icing, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream, and topped with a Barbie heart.

Storm, landslides and floods of northern Philippines leaving 14 dead and many casualties.

Disaster response officials reported that at least 14 people had died in landslides , floo ds, and swollen rivers due to a strong storm that was blowing out of the northern Philippines on Tuesday. According to the weather agency, Tropical Storm Yagi blew by Paoay town in the province of Ilocos Norte and into the South China Sea with sustained winds of up to 75 kph (47 miles per hour) and gusts of up to 125 kph (78 mph) . It was predicted to intensify into a typhoon as it hurtles across the sea to the northwest and approaches southern China. The Russian Foreign Ministry is in an effort to "clarify" the 39-year-old founder and CEO of Telegram's imprisonment. Pavel Durov , the founder and CEO of Telegram, was taken into custody at the Paris airport Bourget on suspicion of charges relating to the program.
