CEO of Telegram Pavel Durov was Arrested in France


The Russian Foreign Ministry is in an effort to "clarify" the 39-year-old founder and CEO of Telegram's imprisonment.

Pavel Durov, the founder and CEO of Telegram, was taken into custody at the Paris airport Bourget on suspicion of charges relating to the program. A preliminary inquiry led to the issuance of a French arrest order for Durov, 39, who was departing from Azerbaijan aboard his private jet. Read Here
